Loops and conditional statements in R

This workshop will focus on tools (mostly in base R) to perform customized operations in R including looping, nested looping, and conditional statements. This workshop is intended to expand the capabilities of R users with moderate experience of the language/software.

The workshop is one hour, followed by an optional 30 minute practice period to reinforce what you learned or consult with the instructors. Workshop materials are available at https://ubc-library-rc.github.io/loops-conditions/

About this workshop series

Loops and conditional statements in R is one in a series of R workshops offered by the UBC Library Research Commons. Each one-hour sesson introduces a particular task or application in R, followed by an optional 30 minute practice period with support from the instructors.
