Huan Ho was co-founder of Rallyteam, an HR Tech startup that was acquired by Workday. A computer engineer by trade, Huan is passionate about improving engagement, innovation and collaboration in the workplace. In his leadership roles, Huan created innovative programs like Evolution Fridays, Workplace Democracy and Agile Enterprise, which empowered employees and enabled him to build exceptionally high-performing teams. In 2013, Huan said goodbye to the corporate world and relocated to San Francisco, where he started Rallyteam. Five years later, Rallyteam was acquired by Workday, where he continues his role as VP of Product and Engineering to build products that are transforming the future of work. In his spare time, Huan enjoys traveling, motorcycles, hiking, and snowboarding.
