Yoga on the Mall – Free weekly outdoor yoga!

Squeeze some Sun + Savasana into your day!
This summer, join us for weekly outdoor yoga on campus. Enjoy a hatha style practice for all ages and levels (beginners are most welcome), led by certified yoga teachers.
Everyone is welcome to join! Yoga on the Mall classes are free to attend and open to all students, faculty, staff, residents and visitors.
When: Every Wednesday, July 5 – August 23 (8 classes in total)
Location: Grass field by Main Mall & Stores Road (near Earth Sciences Building)*
What to bring: Please bring your own mat and a water bottle. Don’t have a mat? Practice on the grass or a blanket works too!
- Classes are drop-in; registration is not required.
- You will be required to sign a waiver for each class before participating.
- Class starts at 12:15pm. Please come at noon to sign your waiver and settle into your spot.
- *Classes run rain or shine — in the event of rain or extreme weather, classes will move indoors to the first floor of CIRS (2260 West Mall). Updates will be shared on our social media @utownubc and this webpage.
