What is the Kraft Heinz Internship Program & Trainee Program?
The Kraft Heinz Internship Program and Trainee Program are both designed to grow the future leaders of the company—the game-changers, the innovators, the cultural champions. The Internship and Trainee Programs are ten weeks (– weeks in Canada) and ten months, respectively, and offer unparalleled opportunities to own meaningful projects, learn about how we take our products from farm to table, engage with our inspiring leaders, and make an impact on our iconic and emerging brands. Plus, Interns and Trainees get the chance to dive into the business alongside a cohort of bright, diverse, and ambitious peers to make their experience even better. Each program offers tracks within Marketing & Sales, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, or Research & development.
