In this interactive workshop, you will explore common barriers to disclosure and provide practical solutions.

Facilitator Bio:
Tim Reitsma empowers individuals with non-apparent health conditions to become confident self-advocates through educational resources, mentoring, and coaching. He hosts the Invisible Condition Podcast, a show dedicated to sharing personal stories and educating others to end the stigma around invisible disabilities. Tim collaborates with organizations committed to creating accessible and inclusive workplaces. Through workshops, consulting, and project-based work, he helps teams create environments where everyone feels safe to share. His clients include Squirrels Systems, Moneris, and Procurify.
With over 15 years of experience in strategy, operations, HR, and content creation, Tim brings a dynamic blend of leadership, coaching, mentoring, and process improvement to every partnership. He has presented workshops and keynotes on topics including Authentic Curiosity, Resilience, Building Trust in the Workplace, and The Power of Language in shaping inclusive cultures.
