Land and Food Systems (LFS) Learning Centre Speaker Series: Collaborating for Equity and Inclusion

Join the Faculty of Land and Food Systems (LFS) Learning Centre on November 14th from 2-3pm for an informative session featuring Dana-Lyn Mackenzie, Senior Manager, EDI & Indigeneity and the LFS Equity Lead, and Alberta Rugoiyo, Equity and Inclusion Strategist from UBC’s Equity and Inclusion Office (EIO). They will share how LFS is working with the EIO to advance equity, diversity, and inclusion in the Faculty, providing a practical example of how Faculty Equity Leads collaborate with the central Equity and Inclusion Office. This session is ideal for UBC staff and instructors curious about how different faculties support EDI, as well as those interested in the broader role of staff in promoting equity across the university.
