Invisible Disability in the Workplace: Panel Discussion

The Centre for Workplace Accessibility is thrilled to host a panel discussion on invisible disability in the workplace in recognition of the UN International Day for Persons with Disabilities (observed on December 3^rd) and in collaboration with THRIVE month. Four UBC employee panelists with lived experience (Logan J. Smilges, Rochelle Mazar, Kathryn Douglas-Campbell and Electra Eleftheriadou) will gather to discuss the experience of invisible disability at work, common misconceptions, the lesser-known non-physical barriers to accessibility in the workplace and how we can make the workplace more accessible to employees with invisible disability.
