Wellness and Mindfulness Café – Beyond Tomorrow Scholars Program

Join us for this workshop where we will be exploring mindfulness, navigating stress and anxiety and sustaining meaningful mental health habits throughout the semester. Food and refreshments will be provided.
Feel free to bring a water bottle, wear some comfortable clothes and anything you need to feel grounded in the space.
This in-person event is open to Black students at UBC’s Vancouver campus.
