UBC Medical Alumni Association Wellness Week 2023

For UBC medical students, residents, alumni, and UBC MAA members, having a healthy mind and body makes an incredible difference in the ability to help others. Now’s the time to take action.

From August 17 to 24, 2023, during UBC MAA Wellness Week, presented by MD Financial Management, you can:

• Choose your own healthy adventure by picking activities to do throughout the week that will improve your health or relax your mind. Walk the stairs, bike, read, colour—do what you can on your time, wherever you are!
• Take part in fun contests for bragging rights and amazing prizes.
• Attend Yoga in the Courtyard on Saturday August 19th live from the UBC Medical Student Alumni Centre (MSAC) or online from home! Yoga in the Courtyard

Join us for Saturday morning Yoga in the MSAC Courtyard led by Sara Ferguson from Oxygen Yoga and Fitness! This session will be catered to medical doctors and focus on strategies for stress management. Information regarding how to access a recording of the session will be sent to all registrants after the event. 

Everyone is welcome!
