About Cinnamon Counselling: Cinnamon Counselling, founded by Aleesa Sutton, offers couples & individual counselling. Aleesa is a Registered Clinical Counsellor trained in Emotion Focused Therapy and the Gottman Method of couples therapy. She helps couples learn better communication skills, work through past issues and enhance their intimate lives.
