iCON South Asian Health Forum: Healthy Living, Healthy Heart will take place on Saturday, March 9, 2024. Delivered in Panjabi with simultaneous English interpretations available. Free to attend and boxed lunch will be provided. Also, explore and interact with the various community partners present at the exhibit hall.

Location: Surrey City Hall

This hybrid (online and in-person) forum will engage with expert speakers. In this session participants will learn about:

Introduction to heart disease
Self-management tips on diet, mental health, and useful guidelines for healthy hearts
Where and how to find help in the community
