About this workshop:
Join Dr. Thara Vayali, ND for a gut health session! In this session, you will learn about the importance of the digestive tract, unpack the relationship between your mood and what you eat, and take inventory of your own gut health.
Participants will leave the session with four simple diet and lifestyle ideas that can encourage a happy belly.

- There will be a Q&A period at the end of the workshop.

About Your Facilitator:
Thara Vayali (she/they), M.A., ND, is a UBC Alum with 10 years of clinical experience, focused on gastrointestinal and hormonal health and her passion is scaling body literacy through patient-centred health technology. With a background in nutritional science, environmental education, naturopathic medicine and 20 years of experience teaching hatha and vinyasa yoga, she speaks internationally and writes about health and wellness, stress, resilience, empathy, and mindfulness.
Thara’s mission is to change the way healthcare is delivered through her work as a medical advisor for multiple digital health organizations and in her role as the co-founder and Chief Medical Officer of hey freya, a health tech company that provides women’s health tracking beyond fertility and test-tailored herbal & nutrient solutions for busy women under stress.
