Growing Up –> Grown Up

Growing Up –> Grown Up is a FREE drop-in event happening on Monday, April 3, from 12 pm – 3 pm at University Boulevard and Ponderosa Commons (outside of Mercante).

Students are encouraged to reflect on their growth over the years and engage with the interactive art installation, “When I was little, I wanted to be…Today I want to be…” to leave their mark as their responses will be turned into a light installation displayed at Lee Square leading up to graduation season to celebrate the UBC community.

Students can also look forward to snacks from the UBC Food Hub Market, basil plants to take home from UBC Sustainability and live music performances by student musicians!

The event is hosted to create a supportive space on campus where students are welcome to unwind from the business at the end of the semester and have their efforts of their time at UBC both acknowledged and celebrated!
