FreeiCON proudly presents our 2024 Chinese Health Forum: Strengthening Health and Wellness as We Age
This virtual health forum will be held on Monday, June 24 2024 from 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. PT. It will be delivered in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
This forum is designed to help patients, their families and caregivers optimize their quality of life by empowering them with knowledge and resources to manage frailty. There will be no Q&A session in the forum. A follow up Q&A webinar will be held in August. Feel free to submit your questions in the health forum.
In this forum, participants will learn about:
- an overview of frailty, including recognizing risk factors and warning signs of frailty
- living with frailty – self-management tips on nutrition, mental health and fitness
- where and how to find help in the community – navigation of medications, accessing services for seniors living at home and in long-term care, etc.
