Peer Exchange: Embedding career & professional development into your grad curriculum

This 90-minute, in-person Peer Exchange session brings together faculty, staff, and graduate advisors to share practical strategies for embedding career and professional development (PD) into graduate curricula.

Through short success-story presentations, small-group discussion, and collective reflection, participants will:
- Identify common challenges related to grad student PD
- Learn examples of successful credit and non-credit PD initiatives across faculties
- Exchange practical strategies to strengthen PD offerings in their grad programs
Lunch will also be provided.

Graduate Advisors (GAs) and faculty seeking practical ideas and peer-informed approaches to embedding career and professional development into graduate programs. Graduate Program Office (GPO) staff and students (e.g., representatives, work-learns, coordinators, etc.) involved in graduate PD activities are also welcome.
