Overview: The Provincial Pediatric Oncology Hematology Network, in collaboration with the Division of Pediatric Oncology, Hematology & BMT at BC Children’s Hospital are pleased to offer this popular event back in person. Join us for a transformative day of learning and growth at this year’s in person conference. Focusing on the themes of resilience and perseverance through adversity, the POHN education day will highlight our team as we learn about fostering resilience, nurturing compassion for patients, families and ourselves, while promoting diversity, equity and inclusion, and bolstering support networks throughout the province.
