Multilingual Horror Film Festival: Gwledd (2021)

Celebrate multilingualism this Halloween season at UBC’s inaugural Multilingual Horror Film Festival! Join us at the Norm Theatre (6138 Student Union Blvd) for one of this year’s featured screenings, Gwledd (2021). In this film, a pregnant woman seeking refuge in a remote Welsh farmhouse uncovers disturbing secrets, as the boundaries between reality and nightmare begin to blur. This event will be facilitated by Lecturer in Medical Terminology and Latin Antone Lanatà Minard from the Department of Ancient Mediterranean and Near Eastern Studies.
