Contract Faculty CoP | Preparing for Term 2: Designing Syllabi and Learning Outcomes
November 24, 2022 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
This is a multi-access event.
As Term 2 comes closer, we can start thinking of how we can learn from this term’s experience when we plan our next set of courses. How can we tweak our syllabi to meet our learning objectives as best as we can? What are some of the basic elements the University requires, and what are some best practices in creating and communicating the components of an effective syllabus? In this session, we will provide some principles of syllabus construction, as well as examples of effective syllabi to help you plan for next term.
