Inside UBC’s Blueberry Fest

Is there a better breakfast to wake up to than a stack of blueberry pancakes topped up with fresh BC blueberries, and a cup of coffee?

Hosted by UBC Food Services in partnership with the BC Blueberry Council, this year’s Blueberry Fest features blueberry pancakes made on the spot and a variety of blueberry baked goods including tasty vegan-friendly and gluten-free options.

New to the menu this year are the blueberry mini loaf with lavender icing and the blueberry coffee cake– already crowd favourites!

Green Event: Bring your own container and cutlery for the pancake breakfast and all your blueberry purchases.

Beside the blueberry goodies, pick up bulk blueberries direct from Mandair Farms in Abbotsford, BC and enjoy a free coffee provided by our partner from Ethical Bean Coffee.

If you plan to come by from noon-1pm, sample new recipes at the live cooking demo featuring fresh BC Blueberries and UBC Farm ingredients.
