Audience: orthopaedic surgeons, specialty physicians, residents and students.
Overview:UBC is proud to partner with the Canadian Paediatric Orthopaedic Trauma Course (CPOT) to create the first combined adult and pediatric trauma course. Each course will run concurrently with a combined afternoon session on Jan 26.

• The paediatric course will run from Jan 25-26, with an optional post-conference workshop on Jan 27.
• The adult trauma course will run Jan 26-27.

A total of over 16 faculty will be there to present and discuss trauma cases and the best in practice care for 2024. This course is designed for all orthopaedic surgeons exposed to trauma with a focus on common injuries. The format will be a combination of short practical lectures, case presentations, panel discussions and small group hands-on breakout sessions. There will also be plenty of time for social engagement, with sessions being held early in the morning and later in the afternoon to allow for participation in local daytime activities.
