Struggling with your Body Image? How to develop a Healthier Relationship with Your Body

During this presentation, you will have the opportunity to learn what impacts your body image and how to recognize when you are struggling with your body image. Find ways to develop a healthier relationship with exercise and your body as Cristel shares different strategies to develop a healthier body image including how to respond to comments about one’s body. There will be dedicated time for questions and answer. Resources will also be shared.

Thursday February 10th 5-6:30pm Online (Zoom) – optional to have camera on.

This session will be delivered by Cristel Moubarak, UBC alumni and Registered Dietitian in the Lower Mainland with an intuitive eating, non-diet, weight inclusive and trauma-informed approach.
