Advanced Supervision Practices: A Workshop for Experienced Faculty

This advanced-level workshop is designed for experienced faculty who wish to critically reflect on and refine their supervisory approaches. Led by senior faculty members within Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies (G+PS), the session will explore complex aspects of graduate supervision including advanced mentorship models, strategies for addressing student mental health and well-being, managing stalled progress, and navigating conflict resolution. Faculty will have opportunities to share insights, discuss real-world challenges, and access new tools and institutional supports to deepen their impact as supervisors.
