Develop practical skills to navigate difficult conversations in health care. This interactive workshop helps health-care professionals, administrators and leaders address conflict, misinformation, discrimination and power dynamics through structured communication approaches that foster understanding, psychological safety and equity. Through facilitated discussion, reflection and practice, participants will build confidence in challenging conversations with patients, colleagues and organizations.
