Stressed about exams? In serious need of relaxation activities? Stress Less For Exam Success, an event hosted at the Chapman Learning Commons at Irving K barber and The Centre for Student Involvement, is coming to you on Wednesday, April 4.
To start the day, The Centre for Student Involvement and Healthy Minds at UBC will be hosting a free healthy breakfast and interactive stress-less activities. Stop by Brock Hall at 9:30 am on April 4th to participate!
There will also be “visits with animals” to help you unwind. Registration on the Learning Commons website will be open soon so you can reserve your time.
In the Chapman Learning Commons, stop by for a variety of relaxation activities between 11 and 3. Watch Planet Earth in the main lobby, visit the Quiet Room for tea, walking meditation, and quiet. Check out the Active Room for jenga, board games, free food, a sleep activity, Lego and more. Visit booths on with important exam info like bus times, study tips, and other helpful information for late-night studying. Come for a quick break to relax and reload for exams!
