UBC Healthy Aging Seminar Series

This is a monthly seminar series to highlight the breadth of aging research occurring on the UBC campus. There is an option to attend in person or via Zoom. The next seminar is October 19th, 2022. This seminar will feature two speakers:
1. Samantha Schaffner, PhD Student, Medical Genetics (Kobor Lab) “DNA Methylation as a facilitator of inter-individual differences in Parkinson’s disease susceptibility”

2. Avril Metcalfe-Roach, PhD Candidate, Microbiology & Immunology (Finlay Lab) “MIND your gut: diet and the microbiome in Parkinson’s disease”
