UBC CPD: Supporting the Success of Internationally Trained Physicians in BC: A Role for the Health Care Community

What can we do to help internationally trained physicians thrive in BC? This webinar examines the systemic factors that influence physician integration and highlights how colleagues, administrators and educators can contribute to more inclusive, supportive practice environments. Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of the experiences of internationally trained physicians, available resources and actions they can take to help make the path to success easier.
