This 90-minute, interactive workshop, co-offered by G+PS and the UBC Career Centre, equips faculty with practical strategies to support graduate students in exploring career paths beyond academia and navigating an evolving employment landscape.

Through instruction, guided discussion, and reflection, participants will gain insights and actionable tools to more effectively:
- Explore employment trends and outcomes among graduate alumni
- Initiate early, meaningful conversations about career goals with graduate students
- Support students in identifying and articulating their research and transferable skills
- Address common student questions and concerns around career exploration
- Connect students to relevant professional development opportunities, resources and networks
