Speaker Bio: Mandy Bhuller, BA’16
Mandy Bhullar is the Director of External Advisory at lululemon, where she leads initiatives that embed equity, inclusion, and accessibility into every aspect of the organization. With a background in psychology and human resources, and a passion for inclusive design, she champions strategies that empower people to think like designers and create lasting impact. She has designed and facilitated workshops, retreats, and programs for global organizations across diverse industries.
