Careers Powering Sports & Human Performance
Considering the FIFA World Cup 2026 is coming up, are you curious about careers in the Sports world, no matter your degree? Explore diverse career paths you didn’t know existed and connect with industry professionals, experts, and alumni that followed this path.
This session is open to students and alumni from all faculties and degrees.
The event will showcase Alumni Industry Professionals, from diverse academic backgrounds working in the Sports & Human Performance Ecosystem – Technology, Operations, Innovation and more.
The event format will consist of 4 Keynote Talks from Alumni Industry Professionals, and closing with career conversations and networking between alumni industry professionals and students.
DATE & TIME: Wednesday April 1st, 2026
5:30pm: Doors open
6:00pm – 6:45pm: Four UBC Alumni Keynote Talks
6:45pm – 8:00pm: Career conversations with Industry Professionals (Networking with Alumni Industry Professionals)
Light refreshments are available throughout the event.
