New Year, Same You: Exploring Your Relationship with Food & Setting Everyday Resolutions is a workshop that will explore the relationship we have with food and how we can make everyday resolutions to bring feelings of joy around food, not stress, guilt or shame. There will be opportunities to ask questions, as well as to learn about related resources.
Thursday January 13th 5-6:30pm Online (Zoom) – optional to have camera on.
This workshop will be delivered by Cristel Moubarak, UBC alumni and Registered Dietitian in the Lower Mainland with an Intuitive Eating, non-diet, weight inclusive and trauma-informed approach.
