FreeAre you interested in computational methods in the humanities? Do you want to know more about Text Encoding Initiative (TEI) XML? This is a workshop for those interested in getting started with TEI. By diving into examples of projects and through introductory hands-on activities, we will explore several use cases of text encoding, as well as the skills necessary to embark on text-encoding projects.
After this workshop, you will be able to identify skills, resources, tools, and use cases for text encoding. You will also develop a foundational conceptual understanding of TEI.
This workshop is for beginners.
