Introduction to the fire and life safety engineering field: Forensics, Performance based design, Hazardous Assessments, Nuclear Fire Safety, codes and standards, etc. Unlike the main stream engineering programs, fire protection engineering is niche and is comprised of many unique areas of practice. The objective of this informal event is to spread awareness for students to explore as a potential future career option.
