Empower yourself to navigate and advocate for your own health and wellbeing within the communities in which you live and learn.

If you identify as Indigenous, Black, or as Persons of Colour (IBPOC), IBPOC Wellness Mentors are here to support your wellbeing. As trained undergraduate and graduate student staff, IBPOC Wellness Mentors are available to have supportive one-on-one mentorship conversations online with IBPOC students to help navigate and support your health & wellbeing while you live, work, and learn at UBC.

The IBPOC Wellness Mentors will be offering drop-in hours and bookable appointments all via Zoom Monday to Thursday from 11 am – 2 pm.
