Empower yourself to navigate and advocate for your own health and wellbeing within the communities in which you live and learn.
If you identify as Indigenous, Black, or as Persons of Colour (IBPOC), IBPOC Wellness Mentors are here to support your wellbeing. As trained undergraduate and graduate student staff, IBPOC Wellness Mentors are available to have supportive one-on-one mentorship conversations online with IBPOC students to help navigate and support your health & wellbeing while you live, work, and learn at UBC.
The IBPOC Grad Student Wellness Mentoring will take place via Zoom and in-person, Mondays and Wednesdays 12:30-2pm, and Thursdays, 12-2pm. Both drop-in and bookable appointments are available.
