Global Seminar Information Session – South Africa (CONS 454)

Global Seminars are unique UBC courses involving participatory engagement with partners in another part of the world. Through immersive and experiential activities, you will engage in scholarship that tackles important global issues.

Most programs are open to students in different departments and faculties!

This program takes students into the heart of the African savanna biome to learn from rural community members. It will offer insights into the innovative forms of community-based natural resource management emerging in South Africa.
