FreeJoin us for a half-day event in which we will examine the paradox of feedback avoidance: Why something so essential to learning remains so difficult to enact. Explore how addressing the fears that drive avoidance can move towards more authentic feedback conversations—strengthening both learner development and the culture of health professions education.
Connect with colleagues from across the Faculty of Medicine at in-person sites throughout the province, where breakfast and lunch will be provided. For those unable to attend in person, the Webber Lecture will also be available remotely from 9:00 – 10:00 am.
