Employer On-Campus : Statistics Canada

March 3 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Join Statistics Canada for a one hour information session to learn more about our Census 2026 job opportunities.

We are pleased to inform you that the next Census of Population will take place in May 2026. To support this important project, Statistics Canada is hiring for supervisory and non-supervisory positions. Approximately 32,000 jobs are available across Canada!

We are looking for local people to help us collect accurate data in your community. These data are vital for planning and evaluating programs and services such as education, health care, child care, housing, emergency services, roads, public transportation and job training.

Statistics Canada is currently hiring for several Census 2026 positions:

  • Enumerators (interviewers):
Work 20–40 hours per week from May to July and earn $25.87 per hour.
  • Crew leaders:
Supervise a team of up to 18 interviewers, work full time from April to July, and earn $31.32 per hour.

We are hiring staff across Canada and provide a great opportunity for those who may be going back to their hometowns for the summer.

Applications are open now and we encourage those interested to apply as soon as possible as they are being assessed in the order of submission. Please apply now using the link below:
