For over 25 years, Borderlink, Inc. has worked to place Assistant Language Teachers (ALTs) in public schools across Japan. We are currently recruiting graduating students to join us for full-time teaching positions starting across the country in April 2026. In our online orientation session, you’ll learn more about who we are and the basics of the Japanese school system. We’ll also provide information on how we can aid in your transition to teaching, from visa sponsorship and assistance with housing to the training and support that Borderlink ALTs benefit from as they continue working with us.
