January 26, 2022 @ 9:30 am - 12:30 pm

Free

The formative peer review of teaching is a process designed to provide feedback to instructors about their teaching. It is an opportunity for all involved to engage in collegial conversations about teaching and student learning.

Please join us for this experiential workshop suitable for reviewers (mentors) and reviewees (mentees) in the peer review of teaching. The peer review of teaching process introduced in this workshop is intended primarily as a form of formative (and developmental) feedback.

By the end of this virtual workshop, participants will be able to:
– Describe the peer review of teaching process
– Provide constructive feedback for the person being reviewed
– Conduct appropriate pre- and post-observation meetings
– Respond to various peer review situations

Facilitator:
