In this seminar, Kerry Kuluski will explore how patient experiences can drive health system improvements by drawing on the latest evidence. She will also share a case example to demonstrate how patient reported experiences can be operationalized in a hospital setting to guide quality improvement.
Kerry Kuluski is the Dr. Mathias Gysler Research Chair in Patient and Family-Centered Care at the Institute for Better Health, Trillium Health Partners; and Associate Professor at the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation at the University of Toronto. She works in partnership with patients and caregivers with the goal of improving health system performance and experience.
