CHÉOS Work in Progress Seminar: Mental health and substance use in Canada: Burden, services, and policy

This lecture will analyze the burden of mental health and substance use in Canada and globally, focus on the imbalance between burden and spending, convey the fundamentals of needs-based planning, and pose some questions about B.C. policy.
